What to Expect

Together, in a supportive and inclusive group, we’ll explore the key aspects of well-being that nurture a life of true balance—free from the pressures of diet and hustle culture. Each week, through discussions, interactive exercises, and reflective activities, we’ll guide you toward rediscovering your authentic self and create a personalized plan for sustainable well-being.

Each week, we’ll dive into a new theme that aligns with your personal journey. Whether it’s exploring the impact of diet culture or building healthier relationships with food and movement, every session will offer you actionable insights, tools, and practices to support your long-term well-being.

Week-by-Week Overview

Week 1: History

In this foundational week, we’ll dive into the history of wellness culture and uncover how diet and hustle culture have shaped our experiences. You’ll learn how these societal pressures have influenced our mental health, self-image, and behaviors. Together, we’ll begin rewriting the narrative of true wellness—one that is rooted in your personal values, not external expectations.

Week 3: Rest

In Week 3, we’ll explore the importance of rest and recovery, focusing on how to prioritize relaxation without guilt. You’ll learn to balance the demands of everyday life with the need for restorative breaks. We’ll also discuss sleep hygiene and the essential role of rest in maintaining mental and physical health.

Week 5: Food

Say goodbye to diet mentality and hello to a nourishing relationship with food. In Week 5, we’ll explore intuitive eating—focusing on listening to your body’s hunger cues and nourishing yourself without guilt. You’ll break free from the cycle of restriction and overeating, discovering how food can become a true source of energy and joy.

Week 2: Connection

This week, we’ll focus on deepening your connection with yourself, your values, and others. Building strong, supportive relationships—internally and externally—is key to a sense of belonging and sustainable well-being. This is your well-being compass that will guide you through the rest of the journey so that you stay centered in what matters most to you. 

Week 4: Movement

Movement is not about punishment—it’s about joy, expression, and honoring your body’s unique needs. In this week, we’ll release the “shoulds” around exercise and reconnect with movement as a pleasurable, intuitive practice. Whether it’s dancing, walking, yoga, or any other form of movement, we’ll find what feels good for you.

Week 6: Action

The final week is all about integration. You’ll take the insights from the previous weeks and put them into action with practical tools to sustain your journey. We’ll focus on creating lasting habits that align with your values, allowing you to live authentically and confidently without the pressures of diet and hustle culture.
